Step 1: Super Cleanse
Super cleansing enables us to remove deep seated dirt and grime.
Try a hot double super cleanse – using a small pump of vitamin packed Soothing Cleansing Gel, mix with warm water and apply to the skin using small circular movements then remove the cleanser with two flannels that have been soaked in warm water. Step 2: Exfoliate
I think the most important step in my skin regime is exfoliation. Think of a piece of toast for example, if you burn the toast and then spread with butter the butter simply sits on the surface, however, if you lightly toast the bread then spread the butter the butter penetrates. The same theory applies for the skin. If you don’t remove the build-up of dead skin cells, the skin looks sluggish and dull. Also, your moisturiser will not be able to penetrate properly leaving it to sit on the surface. You are therefore missing out on vital hydration. Step 3: Hydrate
